so this company rings up saying theres a publication with us. they ask for proof which they say theyll send over, and once we get it, we gotta pay or debt collectors might come knocking. the woman said her name was cathy from river media, talking about some publication for the ‘disabled access partnership’ they say its ready to print. problem is, we never ordered anything from them. as soon as we told her we didnt want the publication, she just hung up. the number they used was 08456924609. avoid calling them at all costs.

I've gotten a couple of calls recently, including one from a firm in Cheshire named River Media using the number 0845 692 4609. They told me we had an advert all sorted and ready for a "disabled access publication". Then another call, probably the same lot, said we had a yearly advert sent to fire stations nationwide, thanking firefighters for their support. On the third call, I asked who's calling and requested an address, but as soon as I did, they hung up on me. They definitely seem dodgy - River Media from Cheshire, calling from 08456924609.
