We've received a number of calls from this company, but our mobile just won't let us pick up. So, we decided to give them a bell from our landline, while hiding our number. We told them to remove us from their directory. The chap on the other end asked for our name and inquired when we were keen to learn more about what they do. We made it clear that we already knew everything we needed to and had no interest in their services. Fingers crossed this will be the end of our dealings with them!

Yet, lo and behold, I’ve just received another call from the same lot, and they hung up as soon as I picked up. Quite frustrating, really!

We've recently been inundated with calls from this lot, so we finally took the plunge and rang them up to demand they stop bothering us, as they seem to call non-stop, day in and day out. I ended up chatting with a rather combative chap who challenged every point we made. Eventually, we firmly told them to remove our number from their records and cease all communication, before hanging up. Apparently, they claim to assist individuals facing financial challenges, but I'm honestly baffled as to how they got hold of our number in the first place. If we ever found ourselves in need of assistance, they would definitely not be our first choice!

We informed them that we were Helen and had no clue who this Stephen was. After apologising, they went on to ring us another six times that evening, only to hang up as soon as we responded.
