This 0845 number is definitely a sales call. I've had loads of missed calls from it, but when I eventually picked up, all I got was some music playing and background noise like a busy sales office. Today I finally spoke to someone, and after the usual music, the bloke kept pestering me about switching our utilities. When I told him we weren't interested in changing provider, he persisted, insisting our contract was up in September - which it isn't! Proper annoying.
