We've formally notified Welcome Loans UK of our intention to pursue legal action against their company. They were entirely deceitful regarding the fees involved. Initially, we were told that the charge was solely for the verification of our bank details, yet two weeks down the line, the fee was deducted unexpectedly. Such dishonesty is utterly appalling! For a whole week, we've awaited the promised paperwork, but to no avail-absolutely nothing has arrived. Both the Financial Services Authority and the Financial Ombudsman have been informed, and they've instructed us to file an official complaint first. If these charlatans fail to respond, we'll be well within our rights to take further action against them.

Avoid Welcome Loans UK like the plague! They charged us a hefty £49.95 just to 'find loans' for us, and it's been days without a peep from them.
