I've been trying to reach out to that number every single day in hopes of getting some help with Customer Service. Each time, I find myself waiting for what feels like an eternity-after a brief five-second hold, I’m subjected to this dreadful tune on repeat. Ever so often, a recorded voice interrupts, apologising for not being able to take my call and advising me to ring back later. Then, just when I think I might get through, I’m reminded to be grateful for my patience. It’s really becoming quite unbearable!

I've been trying to reach the number every day to get some guidance from CCCS. However, every time I call, I end up waiting almost five minutes, listening to an awful looped tune that drives me mad. Eventually, I get a recorded message saying, "I'm sorry, I can't take your call right now," and to ring back later. Then, to top it all off, they thank me for my patience! It's simply frustrating!
