Absolutely, we’ve received our most recent BT statement, and lo and behold, this number has cropped up a staggering 201 times, racking up a total charge of £95.71. Earlier today, I also forked out over a tenner to speak to Tiscali, only for the conversation to be incredibly frustrating. The representative just kept saying, “What would you like me to do? I only generate your usual monthly bill,” and the moment we requested to escalate the matter to a supervisor, the line mysteriously went dead. We’re at a complete loss here and could really do with some guidance. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

I didn't receive any calls, but I do see that two were recorded on 26th March 2010. The first one came in at 2:00 PM and lasted for exactly 3 minutes and 6 seconds. The second call was at 2:09 PM and it went on for a hefty 40 minutes and 49 seconds!
