A relative of mine rang this number about a parcel that hadn’t arrived, after seeing it listed online as Amazon Customer Support. The woman on the line spoke English well, though with an accent, and quickly asked for credit card info, saying there’d been a payment issue. In reality, the order was partly delivered already, so that made no sense. The number 0845 6470769 is shown online as Amazon’s, but it’s never been confirmed since actually getting through to Amazon UK by phone is nearly impossible. Just hoping this warning might be useful to others.
