If it’s someone I don’t recognise, i just let the phone ring. I’ve even stopped answering my landline since so many annoying calls come through - mostly people selling double glazing, loft insulation, roof repairs, or asking for donations. Used to pick up, but now I’m done with all that hassle, so I just don’t bother with unknown numbers anymore.

I got a text saying I missed a call from this number, but my phone never actually rang and it didn’t show up in my recent calls. Feels like a scam trying to get you to ring them back and waste your money. I’d say just block it straight away.

Got a call from them around 8.45pm which felt quite intrusive. They never bother to leave a voicemail either. Honestly, I think no one should be ringing up at people's houses later than 6pm. Who even are these people? I’ve gone ahead and blocked their number on my phone for the time being.
