I got caught out by these muppets who somehow had me calling them back, then charged me £1.40 for a call that lasted just 39 seconds... proper dodgy stuff.

I rang from my mobile hoping to lower my bills, but the call ended up costing me £4.50. It’s awful how this awful Conservative Government are basically nicking money off a 68 year old disabled pensioner. They need to refund me my money.
