Bupa are absolute crooks. I just noticed I spent £11.84 on my phone, mostly waiting on hold while they were meant to sort out payments they owe me for my legitimate claims. I reckon over 90% of that time was just me waiting for someone to pick up. I’ve got cancer and the chemotherapy treatment they previously approved for reimbursement is now over half a year late. They’re awful, total rubbish. Don’t buy into their nonsense about being caring, it’s all lies. I rang them on Tue 7 Jun at 10:38am and still haven’t seen a penny for my claim submitted back on 10 June 2016.

I noticed several calls on my bill from October that added up to over £17. I’m not sure what they’re for. I tried ringing the number back from my landline but got no answer. Has anyone got an idea what this might be?
