Bupa are nothing short of crooks. I noticed a charge of £11.84 on my mobile for a rather lengthy 29-minute call while I desperately tried to track down the payments owed to me for valid claims. I spent an eternity on the line just waiting for someone to pick up. To add insult to injury, I'm battling cancer and the chemotherapy procedure they assured me would be covered is now over six months overdue. Their customer service is appalling, and I can't swallow the nonsense they spout about their compassion - it’s utter drivel. That fateful call on Tuesday, 7th June at 10:38 was just the beginning, and as of the 10th of June, 2016, I’m still waiting for my rightful payment.
