This call's come from Santander's collections department. It’s regarding a missed credit card payment, despite the fact that mine was meant to be handled automatically! Now, they’re slapping a £12 late fee on a mere £5 overage - totally unwarranted in my opinion. I reckon it might be wise to pop into a branch; sometimes a face-to-face chat is just what you need with these matters.
