I received an email thanking me for a payment, which is rather strange considering I don't possess an online account with South Staffs Water. The message advised me to ring this number if I had any concerns. Quite odd, isn't it?

I've been informed that these individuals claim to represent a water company and apparently made an inquiry call to us before, which is why they are now reaching out. However, the truth of the matter is, we never actually contacted them at all. Quite puzzling, isn't it?
