We're well aware of who these individuals represent - it's the BRADFORD and BINGLEY BUILDING SOCIETY. We've been trying to get in touch with them, but this is the sole number provided on their correspondence. Surely, they must have a local number available! After all, we, as taxpayers, effectively own the institution now, so why on earth should we be subjected to "higher rates for local and national calls," as they state in their FAQ? It's quite scandalous, really!

We’re well aware of who these individuals represent - the BRADFORD and BINGLEY BUILDING SOCIETY. We'd like to get in touch with them, but this solitary number was all we found in their correspondence. Surely there must be a local number available? After all, as taxpayers, we now hold a stake in their operations. Why on earth should I be subjected to "a premium rate beyond local and national calls," as stated in their own FAQ? It’s quite disgraceful, really.

We're well aware of who these individuals represent - Bradford and Bingley BUILDING SOCIETY. We’re trying to get in touch with them, but this number is solely listed on their geographical pamphlets. Ultimately, as taxpayers, we’ve footed the bill for their existence, so why should we fork out more cash for calls, especially when their own brochure states otherwise regarding local and national rates? It's quite disgraceful, really.
