I've been informed by Sky that I've dialled this number on three occasions, racking up a whopping 63 minutes, and I've been billed for it. The thing is, I rarely use my landline, so I’m at a bit of a loss as to how this has come to be. As a 74-year-old retiree, I simply can't bear the thought of this kind of expense.
