I've had this number ring me like 31 times, and now Sky's gone ahead and billed me £6.10. Feels like a total scam to me.

Sky have just informed me that I apparently rang this number three times adding up to 63 minutes and I’ve been billed for it. Problem is, I hardly ever use my landline, so I’ve no idea how this could have happened. I’m 74 and on a pension, so I really can’t afford to be paying charges like this. Could someone please help me sort this out?

My 95 year old mum has been getting calls from this number and now she's being billed for it.

My dad's 90 and barely ever uses his phone except for emergencies. He definitely hasn't called this number, but we're seeing charges for it. What should I do about this?

From January 1st till April 10th, my mum who has dementia got 49 calls from this number on her phone bill. There arent any other calls showing up on her list besides these. Can someone please help me figure out how to block this number so it doesn’t keep charging her? Thanks a lot x
