Blimey, I'm on the phone with Virgin Mobile and it's driving me round the bend! It’s so frustrating that I can’t seem to communicate properly with anyone who’s local-they just don’t get that it was THEIR number that called me! I can’t believe I’ve been slapped with a £19.80 bill for some absolute pillock ringing me up. The poor lass on the other end, bless her, was quite pleasant and offered me a tenner off my bill, but she just didn’t understand that I’m fuming over shelling out twenty quid to a bloody scam artist! My contract is up with Virgin on the 20th of July... they might just be in for a bit of a shock when I decide to take my business elsewhere!

It’s rather perplexing! I’ve not dialled this number at all, yet I’m seeing charges for a call FROM it on my bill. It’s quite shocking that TalkTalk doesn’t seem able to put a stop to these pesky calls!
