Ugh, had to call Virgin Mobile the other day and ended up talking to someone who wasn't even based in the UK. They just wouldn’t understand that it was *their* number that called me! Proper frustrating. To make things worse, I got hit with a £19.80 charge because some idiot decided to ring me up. The poor lass I spoke to was really polite and even tried to knock £10 off my bill, but she didn’t quite get that I’m annoyed about being charged nearly twenty quid for a scam call in the first place. My contract’s up on July 20th, and honestly, they might get an earful from me before then!

I’ve never dialled this number yet somehow there’s a charge for a call made from it on my bill. It’s unbelievable that TalkTalk hasn’t stopped these calls yet!
