I keep receiving correspondence from an outfit purporting to be Santander bank, concerning a bank account I shut down ages ago. The thing is, the letters feature the Santander name in black, which is quite odd, as the actual bank consistently uses red for their branding. This gives me the impression that this might be a dubious company attempting to swindle us out of some cash. Definitely something fishy going on here!

After the third irritating call, I decided enough was enough and switched my phone to silent. Anyone know who's behind this nuisance?
