Came across this number popping up on our caller ID.

I actually called the number and got a recorded message stating that it’s from the collections department of Metropolitan Ltd! Quite baffling, isn’t it? Just makes you wonder about what you find on Google!

We received an email claiming to be from HSBC concerning our account, and it referenced this number as well. However, it's worth mentioning that we don’t actually have an account with HSBC at all.

We received a rather dodgy letter, allegedly from HSBC, but it was sent to an email address that we’ve only ever used for one shop (cheers for that, Truffle Shuffle). As a result, we’ve not taken any action and have simply chucked it in the bin. How cheeky of them to even include an address for reporting phishing!

We've just received an email purporting to be from 'HSBC' regarding our account details, featuring a number that screams scam. The message had a link saying 'login here for convenience', which is a red flag, especially since we've never had an account with HSBC! We won’t be calling the number and have no plans to do so, as we strongly distrust this correspondence.
