It’s a bit tricky to pinpoint the nature of the call, but it likely pertains to a dispute over a transaction we raised with them. We chose not to return the call, as we’re quite sceptical about engaging in conversation with the bank for a second time. We prefer to keep everything documented in writing, you see.
