I recommend popping over to the Consumer Action Group website and searching for IQOR. They’ve got a brilliant email template available that could be quite useful. We sent ours off a fortnight ago, so it'll be interesting to observe what sort of response we get back. Despite our best efforts, IQOR still bombards us with calls every single day, but we simply decline every time. Honestly, it feels like such a pointless exercise.
