We received an email from what seems to be the NIG (motor claims department) where they hinted at potential liability on our part regarding an incident. The correspondence suggests that we hold some responsibility and are entitled to compensation! While we wouldn't oppose the idea, it's worth noting that we actually suffered a leg injury and were unable to ride at the time of this alleged incident. Upon reviewing the NIG's website, we found the email-admittedly a decent forgery-laced with several glaring errors, which raised our suspicions that this might be a con. The email provided a contact number, 0845-604-2158, and urged us to get in touch with a chap named Michel Rolph.
