I’ve never owed anyone money, so I don’t understand why they keep bothering me like this. I’m not planning on ringing them back either. I've never shared my contact details, never had any contact with Transcom, and the name they mentioned has never lived here or used this phone, as far as I know. But obviously, you can't explain that to their machine - instead, it wants me to call their costly number and then speak to some unknown person about who knows what. When will Ofcom actually step in and ban these automated calls?
