I keep getting calls every single day from someone claiming they want to chat about some business matter. Quite frankly, I've no desire to ring them back, but I'm utterly fed up with the relentless voice messages they leave. I don’t owe a penny and have absolutely no need for any debt, so what on earth are they trying to achieve by contacting me?

It's utterly absurd how Transcom seems to hound individuals without bothering to verify their information beforehand. I received an automated message from them, insisting that I should ring back. The thing is, I've never shared my number with them, nor have I ever had any interactions whatsoever with Transcom. The individual they were after has never, as far as I'm aware, lived at my address or even been associated with this phone number. Yet their system nonchalantly expects me to ring their overpriced helpline and engage in a conversation about issues unrelated to me. I can't help but wonder when Ofcom will step in and put a stop to these automated calls. Surely, both Transcom and Ofcom ought to compensate me for the hassle and expenses incurred while sorting out this utter nonsense that has nothing to do with me!
