I've been trying to decipher a rather garbled call from a place that seemingly belongs to HSBC. The accent is quite thick, making it a bit of a challenge to catch what’s being said. We gave it a few listens in hopes of unraveling it, but it’s proving to be quite the puzzle! By the way, they’re open from half eight in the morning until six in the evening, although it’s hard to think of it as a proper bank, really.

We too have encountered Mahesh! It seems this chap has the credit department all in a tizz :) They’ve asked us to give them a bell and mention the reference "NEWPAP". Makes one ponder if others are receiving the same coded reference as well? Quite curious, isn't it?

I received a rather untimely voicemail from a sergeant associated with HSBC before 8:45 in the morning. They asked me to mention a NEWPAP reference, but I found the whole situation to be quite unprofessional, to say the least.

I received a call the other day from someone claiming they're from HSBC, and they left a voicemail for a chap named Mahesh. It all seemed rather suspicious to me, so I’m keeping my distance and won’t be giving them a ring back. If it were genuinely important, I’d expect them to reach out again or at least send something in writing, you know? Feels like a proper scam to me!

Just a friendly reminder, everyone. The freshly minted HSBC numbers kick off with 0345, not the old 0845. Keep that in mind!

I received a call just now, and it seems I've been signed up for a NEWTAP. Who would have thought that HSBC had a plumbing section?

We recently received a call from this number and decided to return the call using the main customer service line. It appears to be a legitimate call, likely with proper and reasonable intentions behind it. It might be wise to delve a bit deeper into this matter.

We've had the same experience with Mahesh too! Seems like it’s just him handling the loans over there, doesn't it? 😄 He asked us to give them a bell and mention "NEWPAP" as our reference. I’m curious if everyone else is getting handed the same code as well. When will the rest catch up, I wonder?
