Yeah, I've fallen for this one too. No idea who this outfit is, but I just saw my latest phone bill and they’ve slapped on £4.03 for an "access" fee and another 42p for a "service" fee. Nearly £4.50 just for a total rip-off! If they manage to pull this stunt a hundred times daily, someone’s making a fortune doing absolutely nothing. The authorities really ought to shut these crooks down and drag them to court. But somehow, I’m sure they’ll keep dodging the law.
