Indeed, I've found myself in a similar predicament. I'm quite in the dark about this particular company, but after glancing at my recent mobile phone bill, I noticed an access charge of £4.03 and a service charge of £0.42. In total, that's nearly £4.50 for what feels like a complete scam! If they're managing to pull this off a hundred times daily, one can only imagine the fortune they're raking in for doing absolutely nothing. It’s high time that the relevant authorities put a stop to this nonsense and take them to court! Though, frankly, it seems like they might continue to evade consequences for their actions.
