I was billed £15.50 for ringing this number about a problem with a product they fitted for me. Quite frustrating, to say the least!

Expert logistics Deware here. Exactly like the person from 14/08/2018, I was stuck on the phone for 18 minutes and 44 seconds and ended up paying £9.64. They finally said they couldn’t do the installation, even though I’d already paid for it. Mine had been installed for years too. It’s a total rip-off - they deliberately keep you waiting on the call while they sort stuff out. They never once mention it costs 55p a minute. Such a scam!

Received a call from Expert Logistics concerning a delivery I’m anticipating. Just a heads up, don’t ring this number back as it incurs premium charges!

Got a text from expert logistics asking me to ring them to sort out delivery. After plenty of questions, they said they wouldn't do the installation (which I had already paid for) because the cooker was too close to the electric socket. The socket is needed for the cooker’s ignition and I’ve had a gas cooker there for over 40 years without any problem. No one mentioned that just a phone call would end up costing this much.

I tried calling back a logistics firm about my Samsung fridge freezer from John Lewis. Ended up paying £4.16 just for the access fee plus another 40p service charge, only to ask when it was gonna arrive. Ridiculous!

I got a call from a woman on my mobile saying they needed to set up an appointment for an appliance I supposedly ordered. I rang back and was told to hold on, with a message that the call might be recorded or monitored for training purposes. Then some music started playing - four tunes that kept looping, but no updates like “we’re busy” or “you’re third in line.” Feels sneaky, like a trick to make you rack up costs on 0845 numbers. If you hang on for about six minutes, you might end up being charged around five quid. Definitely seems dodgy to me.
