Kept getting recorded calls really late asking for a pin for an account I don’t have. Had to unplug the phone cause it was waking my kids up. Rang Halifax’s complaint line on 0800 072 9779. They said someone must have put my number down by accident. I asked them to take it off their list but it seemed like they couldn’t do anything about it. Just brilliant.
