This is an actual BT Text Service call, so it’s okay to answer and check who’s trying to reach you, otherwise the phone keeps ringing. They’ll give you the caller’s name and number when you pick up. Could be something really important like a hospital check-up or a firm that doesn’t realise they’ve dialled your landline.
