I received a call from a number I couldn't identify.

I received a letter supposedly from "TSB" saying I owed them money and included this number as the contact for their collections team. Definitely a SCAM. The genuine TSB had no clue about this, so I’m planning to take the letter to my nearest branch tomorrow so they can look into it properly.

I keep getting calls from this number, but every time I pick up, there's complete silence on the other end. I don’t get why they bother ringing if they’re just gonna stay quiet.

Spoke to some bloke with a thick Asian accent claiming he was from TSB. He asked me for my postcode and dob after already knowing my name. Sounded really unsure and shaky like he didn’t know what he was doing. Told him no straight away and ended the call. Definitely just a rubbish scam so not worth bothering with. Avoid!
