We informed him that she was, unfortunately, not available, especially not so early on a Sunday. The caller insisted that it was urgent and mentioned her connection to HSBC. We're genuinely concerned and completely underwhelmed by the feedback from FND, especially since it seems others have been caught off guard by unexpected calls from HSBC.
