It's a rather off-putting method of dealing with a customer, resorting to sending representatives out like that! Perhaps it's time for us to consider a change.

I’ve noticed a slight tweak in the number, but I find myself reaching out to the call centre yet again regarding details like date of birth and card numbers, not to mention the address and postcode. It appears these individuals are acting as collectors for Lloyds TSB concerning overdue credit card debts. Quite the unsettling approach to dealing with customers, I must say-sending the heavies round! I’m starting to think we might consider changing banks.
