Had an extremely persistent and rather rude young woman calling our home number on a Sunday morning. She claimed to be from Lombard Portfolios and was searching for someone who formerly resided at our address. She insisted that unless we supplied her with the person's new details, she would continue bombarding us with calls until we complied, which, frankly, we didn’t have the foggiest idea about! We are absolutely appalled by her manner and made it clear that this level of harassment is simply unacceptable. Does anyone happen to know who is behind this number?

I've been inundated with calls from this number! It's quite peculiar because they never leave a message, so we end up having no conversation whatsoever. To be honest, I've never heard of the company either; so I'm left wondering what on earth they're after. They ring, hang up, and then try again - almost as if they're hoping to catch someone off guard when they check their last call number. It's a bit pathetic, really.

There's this same person who rings us every single day without fail. Even after we politely say goodbye and hang up, she continually redials, taking over our line and testing our patience to its limits. She had a chat with our 17-year-old son once, and now she keeps asking for him! Whenever we mention that he's not available, she immediately probes about when he'll be home, and we respond with a firm "that's not your concern." Of course, she insists that it absolutely is her concern. It's quite infuriating!

This number has phoned me about eight times in the last seven hours - it’s quite harassing, isn’t it? I’ve chosen not to answer since I’m over at my girlfriend’s mother’s place, and frankly, that’s none of their concern. Yet, one has to wonder, isn't there a law against companies bombarding someone with calls like that? I mean, regardless of what they’re selling, surely there has to be some sort of limit?

We receive anywhere from twenty-five to fifty calls daily from these individuals. Our only experience with them was regarding a BT invoice for £112, and honestly, their attitude can be quite off-putting at times, bordering on aggressive. On one occasion, they had the audacity to lecture us about how we should manage our finances better to avoid becoming 'lost' in such a predicament. This was particularly galling, especially as I remain a BT client and they were fully aware of their error! It’s best to steer clear of these folks; I genuinely question their legitimacy as a debt recovery agency since BT has no record of their involvement.

These individuals are rather pitiable, lacking any sense of ethical standards. They acquire debts from other businesses and then pursue you relentlessly, trying to frighten you into settling. However, we have no obligation to them as the debts in question aren't even theirs, so they can do one. We’ve decided to turn the tables on them; we’ll be giving them a bell multiple times a day, jabbering on about absolute nonsense just to waste their precious time. It's quite amusing, really, as they’ve already called us at quarter past eight, then again at eight forty-five, and once more at nine fifteen this very morning!

I received multiple calls from a company named HFO Services Limited, which has two listed addresses: one being Kings Parade, Lower Coombe Street, Croydon CR0 1AA, and the other a PO Box 342 in Surrey KT14 6YA. After many attempts to reach us, we decided to pay a visit to their office and had a discussion with a chap named Robin. Since that meeting, the incessant calls have finally stopped. I hope sharing this information proves useful to someone else.

When we declined to share our new address, she threatened to keep calling us incessantly until we provided her with the information she was after, which quite frankly, we don’t have. This level of harassment is absolutely unacceptable, and her attitude left us quite disgruntled. Is anyone aware of who manages this number?
