I dialled this number yesterday, and then again today, only to be met with a recorded message stating it’s a voicemail service, prompting me to press a button to hear any received messages. Not feeling too inclined, as it’s quite possible this is a scam.

This number has rung me three times today claiming to be BT and telling me there’s a voicemail waiting. They ask you to press 1 to hear it or 2 to delete it. I’m not even a BT customer, so I reckon it’s just a dodgy scam call. 😕

I keep receiving calls from 08456021111 every couple of hours, and it's becoming rather irritating. It rings twice before going silent, and I never pick up. To make matters worse, it doesn’t even leave a voicemail, which just adds to the annoyance. I really hope it didn’t ring during the night when I was trying to get some shut-eye! I got a call from what they said was an answerphone, and the message was something like “Margaret has passed away at home.” Problem is, I have no one named Margaret. When I tried to play it back, it oddly showed the message was sent to 8456021111. Very strange.
