I’ve been billed excessively by Virgin, with an £11 fee just for reaching out to their customer support about an issue. I’m seriously considering terminating my Mobile and Broadband package. Virgin's stubbornness is about to lose them my business, which brings in over £80 a month.

Blimey, what a right mess! Excuse the pun, but it’s bordering on absurdity! They whack on charges for the little extras that should be complimentary, and you’ve got to serve them notice for 30 days before they’ll even think about letting you go. And when you raise an issue with them, they graciously waive the fee but still slug you a fiver for a mere 11-minute chat. Absolute madness! Still, it’s a bit comforting to think that my funds are contributing to Rich B's jaunts into the cosmos, isn't it?

Avoid calling this number from your mobile at all costs! My internet crashed, and when I rang them, it set me back a whopping £27! Total con, if you ask me. I had to rely on my mobile data since I was left without internet for a week. This month, I won’t be settling my bill with Virgin because I'm about to demand that money back!
