I received a call from this number and a woman by the name of Chantelle left a message. She claimed to be calling from 'the bank' to inform me that my request had been processed following my conversation with someone named Mark. However, it all felt rather dodgy. For starters, she got my title wrong-I'm a Mrs, not a Miss. Plus, she continually referred to it simply as 'the bank' and never actually identified which bank it was. Just didn’t sit right with me at all.

I received a call from this number, and a girl left a message saying she was from 'the bank'. She mentioned that they were following up on my request linked to a chat with someone named Mark. She asked me to call her back. The name she gave was Chantelle, but it all felt a bit dodgy to me. For starters, she mistook my title-calling me Miss instead of Mrs-and throughout the entire conversation, she just referred to them as 'the bank', which seemed rather vague. I've never encountered a formal institution that communicates like that over the phone.
