There’s this lot from Manchester called Uninsured Loss Chasers, and they’re proper dodgy. They keep switching the numbers they ring from, using all these different exchanges. You never get the same phone number twice, so trying to track them down to have a word is a nightmare. Definitely not how a trustworthy company operates. Feels like a total scam to me.

I just let it ring 4 times then ended the call.

I picked up to a cheery business greeting, but there was nothing but silence on the other end, so I ended the call. These sorts of calls have been happening quite frequently lately. It's rather irritating, especially since I'm making sure to answer with a proper business introduction each time.
