My mother-in-law, who’s quite elderly, got a call from someone saying they were from BT, but she doesn’t even have BT as her provider. Luckily, she asked them for a phone number to call back on. When we checked it out today, it turned out to be Trust Telecom. Not really convinced they deserve the “Trust” part of their name!
