My elderly mother-in-law received a call from someone purporting to be from BT, yet she’s not even a customer of theirs. Thankfully, she had the foresight to request a contact number. We made a call today, only to discover it’s Trust Telecom on the other end. Not entirely convinced they deserve their name, to be honest.
