I picked up the phone and said the name of our business. The caller quickly asked if we were located at 10.x xx road, which is where we're based. I said our business name again, but he just asked that same question once more. Eventually, he claimed to be from some ng associate, mentioning something about business rates. The bloke's tone sounded a bit sketchy, and I could hear noises like a radio or TV in the background. I told him we’re already partnered with another firm and didn’t require their services. Without another word, he just ended the call.

Got a call from some place claiming they can lower your business rates - total scam, honestly. They operate out of some virtual office, so be careful. Seriously, don’t even bother with them.
