I received a call from this number earlier, but I chose not to pick up. Strangely enough, they didn’t bother to leave a message.

I got a call from this number today and I couldn't catch the name of the chap who rang me. He surprisingly addressed me by name right off the bat and mentioned that he had seen me browsing slimming supplements online. It was quite alarming how he was aware of exactly what I was interested in buying; it left me feeling uneasy about someone keeping tabs on my online activities. Just before he could continue his pitch, I interjected and mentioned that I'd already ordered everything and had it delivered. He seemed rather taken aback, exclaiming, "so soon?" to which I simply replied, "indeed." After a moment, he said, "very well then," and once again used my name, wishing me to enjoy my supplements and bidding me farewell. At that point, I realised the call clearly wasn't from the shop I had interacted with, as they already possessed all my details and knew my order had been fulfilled.
