Spoke to a guy with a bit of a learning difficulty, seemed polite enough despite what others have said. He said he was calling from Positive Energy Ltd, acting for British Gas, telling me my energy deal was about to end (sure, like I believe that!). Gonna report this to the TPS for sure!

Absolute nightmare dealing with these muppets. If I caught that numpty face to face, I'd be tempted to give 'em what for after they just cut me off like that. I asked, “Can I speak to so and so?” and all I get is “No, they’re off today.” then boom, phone slams down. Proper annoying, these jokers really get on my nerves.

Got a call from someone saying they worked for an energy company, but they were pretty dodgy and refused to give any clear info. They kept asking for the business owners private number, which felt off. They didn’t seem too happy when I mentioned we don’t entertain cold call sales. Proper rude service.

Got a call from a cheeky bloke with a strong Asian/Indian accent, who got proper agitated when I said the person he wanted wasn’t in today. Then he wanted to speak to the manager and when I asked who he was, he said he was from EON and that our contract needed renewing! We’d just sorted that out a few weeks back, so I knew straight away it was dodgy. Told him I couldn’t catch what he was saying and to speak proper English like a normal person! He then muttered something in a foreign language and slammed the phone down. Ha! Get lost, mate!

I've got no clue who this guy was, but he said he's from around here. Then all of a sudden he tells me his name's Jack and that I'm his aunt - like, how on earth am I meant to remember him?! Honestly, steer clear, complete waste of time!

I've had a few calls from this number now, all asking for a person who isn't at this address. They even gave a wrong address when I asked! The caller was pretty rude and pushy. I told them I'd be sharing their number all over the internet on sites like this one to warn others.

We've received three phone calls now, and each time we’ve explained that the individual they’re seeking is not at this number and they've dialled incorrectly. Their approach has been rather pushy and relentless.

Back on 18/07/17 I left a note about this firm, and guess what, they just keep ringing me. The thing is, not every phone at my workplace shows the caller ID, so I can't always tell if it’s them calling. Today, I was standing right by the one that does, and they gave a ring, but I ignored it. Then they tried ringing again later, but from a blocked number, so this time I picked up. I’m completely fed up with these clowns. It’s proper harassment as I’ve told them over and over again that I don’t want to have any chat with them.

Got calls from "Positive Energy" loads over the last few weeks at work. They always want to chat with "the manager" or "Mrs #my first name#". I was polite at first, explained we’re not interested in cold calls, and asked them not to ring again. But today I lost my patience and told them to shove off. They actually called back and told me to shove off too! Fingers crossed that’s the last of it - I’m sick of stopping what I’m doing just to deal with these clowns. Our business number is on the TPS list, but honestly, it doesn’t seem to make a jot of difference.

This wasn’t the first occasion they said they were with EDF Energy. They just want your supply number, but you should never share it with them. If they were legit EDF, they wouldn’t be asking for that info.

Later on, the same number rang again but this time they said they were with Pozitive Energy with offers. Definitely a scam, don’t share any info with them.

Don’t fall for the (0845) local number they’re using, these calls actually come from a call centre in India. It’s just a scam trying to trick people.

Got a call from a polite asian woman, you could hear other people talking in the background like she was in a call centre. She wanted to talk to whoever handles the gas bills for the company. We're actually signed up to the corporate telephone preference service so I shouldn't have even got the call, but I didnt even bother saying that. I just stayed quiet and hung up.

Got calls from these lot 4 times over two days, lucky I have my BT8500 to screen them. They never bothered to say who they were and refused to fess up to being dodgy. Got a call from a bloke claiming he was with Total Gas and Power, trying to get me to renew my electricity contract. I asked him to email me a recent bill to prove it, then he got all confused since I don't even have an account with them! He then passed me to his 'manager' who said they were actually from a firm called Positive Energy. Did some digging and that business has been struck off. Would strongly steer clear of this one, seems dodgy to me.

Our company phone keeps ringing from this number. When I pick up, all I hear is noise like a call centre in the background. I try to find out who’s calling but they never say a word. Because I’m managing a hectic switchboard, I can’t hang about waiting for them to respond.

i keep getting calls from this annoying bunch of asian callers. no matter how blunt i am with them, they just wont hang up. supposedly theyre selling something but honestly feels like theyre after my bank info. right now, as im writing this, theyre calling again. someone needs to put a stop to this!
