It’s not right to just go around calling people total idiots. I rarely pick up calls from numbers I don’t recognise, simply because I don’t have to. But there are others who might have no choice but to answer numbers they don’t know. If they’re forced to answer, how else do they let others know they’re receiving annoying or unwanted calls from that particular number? Or say someone keeps getting these calls and decides to check it out even if they haven’t answered it yet? How would they be able to warn people about being called over and over again by that same number otherwise?

I got three calls from this number back to back while I was stuck in a meeting, so I couldn’t pick up. Not once did they leave a voicemail. If it really mattered, surely they would have dropped a message. After seeing what others have said about it here, I’ve gone ahead and blocked the caller now.
