It’s possible the caller was Sam, but I seriously doubt these individuals are connected with Three in the same manner as their customer service team. We just received a call where these folk claimed to be from customer services, supposedly wanting to know our thoughts on the service. Frankly, it felt like they were probing for personal information. The first thing Three usually does is confirm your identity by asking if you’re, say, Joe Bloggs. Those surveys typically follow shortly after you’ve called them. Quite suspicious, if you ask me-definitely one to steer clear of!

What an absolute nuisance, to put it mildly. We seem to be getting nowhere with these folks; it’s incredibly frustrating. We're under the impression that they were associated with Three, yet all they do is pester us relentlessly. Truly, it’s a right shambles!

A while back, we received a call and asked them to remove our number from whatever list they had us on. Unfortunately, we've since been bombarded with even more calls. What a right pain! I’m with 3, and it’s never been made obvious that these folks are affiliated with them; they simply claim to be from a company called Omni Distribution. Best to avoid them like the plague!

I’m also with the Three network. The lady mentioned that these folks were in charge of upgrades, but it turns out the main office is based in India or somewhere like that. They had our birthday and name, but it felt as though they were a bit out of their depth with everything else. It all seemed a bit dodgy, especially when the same number called us a third time to double-check our details and claimed that the name and birthdate linked to the account didn’t match what I had provided. In the end, we simply said we were content with our current plan, and he wasted no time hanging up. Quite odd, to say the least!

We then got in touch with customer service at 'Three', who informed us that it likely came from one of their retail outlets, assuring us there was no cause for alarm. However, they did suggest we establish a few passwords for our account, which we promptly did. We’re chalking this up to yet another phishing attempt and will definitely be disregarding such calls moving forward. We’d highly advise others to ignore numbers starting with 084******** as well.
