I received a rather curious call earlier today from a chap purporting to be from Microsoft. He claimed there was some sort of trouble with our computer and that a team was keen to rectify it by gaining access and forwarding us the corrupted files! What a palaver! Naturally, we asked for his name and number so we could return the call. However, when we tried ringing back just moments later, the number was apparently disconnected. Isn’t that a bit dodgy?
