It seems we've been dealing with 'Monster Claims.' When you give them a bell, they do actually pick up eventually, believe it or not. They’ve called us four times, and once, they just hung up without uttering a single word. It appears they’re on some sort of mission to chase after folks for reclaiming their payment protection insurance. I’m absolutely sick to the back teeth of these types of businesses!

Has anyone got a clue about who this might be or the reason behind those calls? We tried calling them back with our number hidden, but the rather unpleasant chap on the other end just kept saying he does a range of things and demanded our name!
