Got a text off Tracker, then this number rang me just before I could reply. It’s a legit number, but I missed the call as I didn’t hear it ring. Not sure if scammers fake this number or if it’s genuinely from them, but if you don’t own a car or never had a tracker fitted, I’d say block it just to be safe. If they call and you pick up, just tell them to take your details off their list - a real company won’t have a problem with that.

These devices notify the owner if someone tries to move the car without the key, maybe because it’s been nicked. Just to be clear, it’s not some dodgy or scam call. However, if you get a call from them but don’t actually have a tracker on your vehicle, it could be that they’ve still got your info from a previous car. You might want to get in touch and have them take your details off their system.

Tracker UK is totally legit, not some scam or anything! The number belongs to their automated system that rings you if your car moves. You really need to pick up when it calls! If you skip it, just ring back straight away on 0800911900 to cancel the alert, or else things might get a bit more serious.
