10 yearsHas anyone got a clue about the owner of this number? We're getting a couple of rings a day from it, but we’ve chosen to ignore the calls.11 yearsThis evening, I received a call from this number, and the caller identified herself as being from EE. When she mentioned it was just a courtesy call regarding my account, I replied, "Alright then." She proceeded to say she needed to verify some security details with me. I responded affirmatively, and she requested my home phone number. I told her, “If you’re contacting me about my EE account, surely you already possess that information.” She then suggested confirming my mobile number instead. I reiterated, “If you are indeed from EE, you ought to have that detail at hand as well.” It was clear she was getting a bit flustered, and she offered to end the call if I wasn’t willing to provide any information. I thought it best to just say, “Fine then,” before hanging up. What an odd experience!EE12 yearsI'm receiving a barrage of calls on my landline from this number, but there's never anyone on the other end. I suspect it might be EE. It baffles me why they don’t just contact me on my mobile instead!EE12 yearsYet again, this number has rang me this year, but alas, no voicemail was left because my mobile phone struggles to get a signal at home. If this is indeed EE, it’s rather puzzling that they haven't recognised the poor network coverage in my vicinity. Perhaps they ought to address that issue before bothering customers!EE12 yearsIt seems this number is linked to EE. I hardly ever pick up calls on my mobile and I absolutely won't waste my credit checking my voicemail. I fork out enough cash to EE as it is, without having to deal with unwanted messages. Plus, it's quite frustrating that folks can’t reach me to leave meaningful voicemails because EE is hogging my space and still charging me for the privilege.EE12 yearsAllegedly, it’s a call from EE, and they’re meant to ring back. I find it quite puzzling that they can't just leave a voice message to clarify what it’s all about.EE12 yearsCould you please tell me who you are?13 yearsIt's becoming a bit of a routine now at this hour, and I can't fathom why they can't just drop a cheeky voicemail instead.13 yearsI’ve been receiving calls as well. If I happen to ignore them, they leave a message that barely lasts a moment. Yet, when I actually pick up, there’s nobody there. Quite strange and rather infuriating, I must say.13 yearsI rang the number again, and it seems to be EE on the line. They mentioned they'd ring back shortly. It baffles me why they can't just drop a voicemail with a bit of info instead.13 yearsThis number keeps ringing me twice daily, and it's becoming rather tiresome.Submit Your Own Report (0845 478 9723)
