I wanted to share my experience regarding a peculiar transaction. We've noticed a direct debit that wasn’t authorised by us, and it’s really puzzling. I’m just about to ring up NatWest, our bank, to get to the bottom of this. It seems like someone has been siphoning off six quid from our account weekly, listed under the name Foncare, along with this phone number. Quite concerning, to say the least!
