Absolutely dodgy. Didn't realise there were any charges and then bam, got hit with a £30 bill. It’s not about the amount really, more the fact they never say you're gonna be charged when you ring the number. Proper sneaky if you ask me.

I'm really upset and let down by this. Money Saving Expert suggested this number as a trustworthy place to check if I could claim PPI compensation. I had no clue that my mobile would get hit with such crazy high fees just for talking about it and filling out the form. Honestly, I don’t trust anyone these days. The internet’s just full of scammy, greedy folks pretending to help when they’re only after your money.
