Received a call where they mentioned our name and were attempting to confirm our address. I foolishly engaged in the conversation, and the caller claimed that the details they had didn’t quite match up with what we provided. They inquired if we could provide our old address, but we declined. When pressed for more information, the caller was rather vague and mentioned that the organisation was called "BPO." Quite a peculiar situation, I must say!

These folks seem to think it's perfectly fine to ring us up around 7 in the evening, day after day! Their behaviour is almost a carbon copy of what others have described-utterly discourteous! At this rate, I’m seriously contemplating getting a new mobile number. It’s beyond annoying! What a letdown! 😤

BPO is a debt recovery outfit, currently representing HSBC. My recent dealings with them have been quite unpleasant, to say the least! It’s been a good few weeks since I last heard from them, and now they're insisting I increase my repayments for no apparent reason. It feels like there’s some sort of incentive for them based on how quickly we can settle what is really a modest sum! Ridiculous, if you ask me!

These individuals have been quite intrusive to our security arrangements. They seem to call us daily, despite us already giving them our phone number. They claim to be associated with a BPO, but their manner on the phone is rather off-putting. Whenever we politely request that they refrain from contacting us, they persistently ring back the very next day. Their number is 08454337129.

We’ve never provided them with our phone number, yet they persist under the guise of “BPO.” Their manner on the phone is absolutely infuriating, and despite asking them not to contact us again, they completely ignore our request and ring up the following day.
