This afternoon, the phone rang with a number I didn't recognise. As soon as we hung up, the same number-0845 4123104-called us back about ten minutes later. Quite baffling really, considering we haven't had a response from them either!

Over the past few weeks, we've noticed several missed calls from this number. Each time we've answered, the caller hangs up immediately. Earlier today, I sent a text the moment the phone rang and managed to respond right away. It appeared that we interrupted someone mid-chat! As soon as the caller realised we were on the line, they exclaimed 'Oh dear!' and disconnected. Clearly, something's amiss, and it's rather vexing to keep getting these calls.

Upon returning the call to this number, I was greeted with a recorded message stating: "You received a call from T-Mobile. You needn't take any further steps regarding this call." Given that this appears to be a dodgy operation, I highly doubt they would openly identify as T-Mobile in such a recorded format. Thus, I’m led to believe it genuinely is T-Mobile. It seems quite likely they’re simply reaching out from their sales department, trying to entice me with a new contract since my current one has run its course.

I’ve been getting calls from a number claiming to be T-Mobile, but it's from a private line. When I don’t pick up, they follow up with emails. It’s becoming a right nuisance! We’re certain it’s all a scam, so we decided to install an app to block their number and hopefully put an end to it. Just the other day, I had someone ring up pretending to be T-Mobile again, but their number was hidden, and they were fishing for my credit card information. I wouldn’t be surprised if it's the same dodgy crew at play.

We’ve received three calls from this number now, and each time, it's gone unanswered as it seems to be from a rather dodgy switchboard. Every single time, the call disconnects just shy of a minute. Hello there! We've been inundated with missed calls from that number mentioned earlier. So, we decided to reach out to T-Mobile’s customer service for some clarity. Turns out, it's their web broadband sales team trying to get in touch. The chap in customer service was quite helpful and managed to place a block on their calls, which is a bit of a hassle but at least it was sorted quickly! Fingers crossed that we all can enjoy a bit more peace now that we’ve taken this step. Good luck with your own efforts to tackle the nuisance!
