Sounds like either one of those dodgy cold calls or some kind of scam. Either way, I wouldn’t waste your time dealing with them.

Got a call on my phone today around 1:15 pm, but they didn’t leave any voicemail. Honestly, glad I didn’t waste my energy answering.

I received a pre-recorded call that kicked off with, "Hello there, should you be in debt exceeding £5000." At that moment, I decided to end the call.
