10 yearsI've been getting calls from a company calling themselves Safety Support, claiming that we consented to fund a safety booklet for children. This is simply not the case! We've made it clear that we haven't agreed to anything. Yet, they keep ringing us. To add fuel to the fire, they've now sent over a proforma invoice for £199 along with a small booklet. We’re facing the same dilemma with these shady characters, and to add insult to injury, we've even received a rather unpleasant email claiming that the invoice has been nullified. Yet, lo and behold, another demand has landed in our inbox, courtesy of some other dodgy operators. Frankly, we're inclined to think your predicament won’t reach a resolution anytime soon either. It’s unfortunate that we didn’t engage directly with this particular company, but we initially got burnt by Safety 1st, and now these new blighters seem to have passed our details around.
